Food Prep Position

Position open, hiring immediately.

 

Molly’s Salads is hiring reliable and dedicated folks to work in our prep kitchen who want to grow with our company. Our small team cares more about your passion for wholesome sustainable food than your experience.

 

If you want to work in a high pace kitchen environment, with cool 20 something folks and learn about the organic food industry, this is your job.

 

Here are the 5 must haves:

2.     You must want to work in a start-up.

3.     We are putting together the highest quality ingredients for a delicious product that our customers can feel good about eating. This must be your mentality when working at Molly’s Salads.

4.     Fun times. We like to talk, laugh and work fast. You will have lots of fun working with us, but only if you are a fun person. 

5.     You must be reliable! If you want to keep this job, that won’t be difficult.

 

What you’ll be doing here:

 

• You will be part of a focused salad and sandwich making team that is essentially the base for Molly’s Salads.
• Take part in some quick produce prep work, then work at making several different types of salads, sandwiches, slaws and sides.
• The work is fairly easy once you get the hang of it. Quality, speed and efficiency is all you need to focus on. We will train you to become lightening fast in this endeavor.

 

Hours of Work:

7am to 10am, Monday-Wednesday-Friday for a total of 9 hours per week.

Then if things go well, we’ll want to increase your hours and work at our brand new storefront.

 

Compensation:

9$/hr
